7-V Ranch Outfitting
7-V Ranch Outfitting operates exclusively on fair-chase hunts. With varying terrain in three locations throughout eastern Montana's Garfield County, we are able to tailor your hunt to a specific species and physical abilities.
Campfire lunch
Nothing beats Cowboy Coffee over an open flame after a blistery morning hunt. If the weather permits, 7-V Ranch Outfitting guides provide a hot lunch in the field. Home processed sausages and brats, burgers and soup are regular fare. Sandwiches are typically saved for days when the wood is too wet to burn.
Licensing
All licenses and permits need to be obtained through the Montana Fish Wildlife and Parks website.
7-V Ranch Outfitting is located in Montana's Region 7 HD. We are a general area for deer; however, hunters will need to successfully draw special area permits to hunt elk and antelope. Turkey tags can be purchased over-the-counter at any participating establishment in Montana.
Taxidermy and Meat Processing
Garfield County boasts some of the top taxidermy and meat processing services in the state. 7-V Ranch Outfitting is happy to facilitate both services for our hunters. *
